We’ve gathered a few of our most common questions below to help make your shopping experience with Luxe & Loom as easy and seamless as possible.


When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new launches, sales, or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer.


How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.


What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. For full details, please visit our Returns & Store Credit page.


Do you offer refunds?

At this time, approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.


What items are final sale?

Jewelry, hair accessories, sunglasses, hats, scarves, handbags, sale items, clearance items, and items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.


Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we are not offering exchanges. If you need to return an eligible item, approved returns will be issued as store credit.


How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email hello@luxeandloomclothing.com with the subject line RETURN. Be sure to include your order number, and once approved, we’ll send return instructions.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luxeandloomclothing.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed, but we will always do our best to help.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email hello@luxeandloomclothing.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.


Will you restock sold out items?

Some styles may be restocked, but not all items will return once sold out. If there is something you love, we always recommend grabbing it while it’s available.


How do your items fit?

We do our best to share helpful sizing details in each product description whenever possible. If you have a question about fit before ordering, feel free to reach out and we’ll gladly help if we can.
