Thank you for shopping with Luxe & Loom. Each piece is thoughtfully curated, and we truly hope you love everything you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and seamless.
Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, based on your tracking information.
Return Eligibility
To be approved, items must be returned in original condition:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Tags still attached
Items returned with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or perfume will not be accepted.
Items that do not meet these guidelines may be declined and returned to the customer at their expense.
Return Method
All approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.
- Store credit never expires
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Sunglasses, hats, scarves, and handbags
- Items discounted 30% or more
- Sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not provide prepaid return labels
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Luxe & Loom is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Please include your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions along with a return form to include with your package.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Subject line: DAMAGED ORDER or INCORRECT ITEM
Please include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
