Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates

$8 flat rate shipping on orders under $95 and free shipping on orders over $95.


Delivery Time

Shipping times vary based on the carrier and your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Delays

Please note that shipping times may be slightly extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays. Luxe & Loom is not responsible for delays once packages are in transit.
